Who is Coral Tree?

Coral Tree Realty was founded in 2001 by two established Westside Real Estate Brokers,           
Howard Greenberg and Rosanna Locke.

In 1988, Greenberg and Locke met while working out of the flagship Fred Sands Realtors on San Vicente Boulevard. In 2001 the duo decided to join forces and offer a boutique approach to selling homes. In an industry inundated with corporate influences, especially in Brentwood, they saw the need for a higher-end entity that would stay true to the client and remain "hands on". 

Howard and Rosanna wanted a company that epitomized what Brentwood was all about. The Coral Tree was the perfect choice for their logo and symbol of the company. The Coral Trees' that line Brentwood with their beautiful branches symbolize strength, stability, and wonderful sense of grace.
